VisMin Summit 2024

On the arrival day, May 27, 2028 the participants were warmly welcomed by the Cebu Plant Management Team. The afternoon was made complete through a meet-and -greet with colleagues and capping it with a plant tour. Special thanks to Cebu DC POL Ronnie Asares for the "Perfect" captures of moments and the delightful reception.

Director Lilia Estillore was the VisMin Summit 2024 Guest of Honor. She gave a  message of support to the union leaders and shared valuable experiences and insights filled with realizations and inspirations.

A learning session on Conflict Management was conducted by Atty. Mario Manuelito Say, Conciliator-Mediator of National Conciliation and Mediation Board Regional Branch 7. He emphasized that there are a lot of ways in managing conflict especially in the workplace. As leaders, Conflict management skill is essential and beneficial in managing an organization, including workers associations and trade unions.

The first ever VisMin Summit 2024 - Connect. Where CCBPI VisMin Leaders have decided to establish a network and connection to each other. With one goal, for the advancement of each organizations and uplift co-leaders. Held at Azia Suites and Residences Cebu City.  With a learning Session on CBA Negotiation and Administration by NCMB 7 ConMed Oxinio in the morning and a leadership workshop and UPM in the afternoon.
