We are the team responsible for the over-all financial operations of GSCCPFWU. We ensure all assets and inventories of the union are accounted for and closely monitored.

We will be providing the whole membership and stakeholders with insight into historical organization financial performance as well as developing forecasts for future accomplishments.

Direct Bank Credit of Dues

GSCCPFWU with a Vendor account in CCBPI is now be paid via direct credit in lieu of check payment. The new process include the digital transfer of the amount due to the organization's bank account at Philippine National Bank General Santos-Santiago Branch.

Statements and e-vouchers will be requested from CCBS to reconcile with the amount credited to the GSCCPFWU account.

GSCCPFWU in PNB C@shNet Plus System

PNB C@shNet Plus comes with a strong system security shell and a maintainable option to control the access to various financial operations of GSCCPFWU such as disbursements, transfers and real-time access to view statements. Its security measure controls access to data, regulates decision-making powers, enforces accountability, ensures accuracy and reliability of data, and prevents unauthorized modification of data by having a two-step authentication of assigned FIN Officers as authorized by the union.

PNB Debit ATM for all Members

For convenience and efficiency of union disbursements, the general assembly has moved to adopt a digital way of disbursing cash benefits and payments to all members. Debit accounts are to be enrolled to the GSCCPFWU CMS account as payees.
