CCBPI and GSCCPFWU closed the CBA, after few hours of careful review and polishing of the contract. The same day of the CBA kick-off. A testament of CCBPI Gensan Distribution Center site leadership and the union with the very strong support and guidance of LR Kikok Chiew. Another testament of high trust and collaboration between the parties. Ended with sumptuous lunch shared by everyone.

Indeed, when great people do partner beyond compliance, results and outcome are beyond compare. Anchoring in the mechanisms of LMC, relationships become stronger, productivity can be greater and celebrations can be grander. We will never stop to improve and evolve for greater things to come.

In two consecutive years, Gensan CokeKasama hailed as a Gold Awardee.  With continuous organizational improvement and strengthened collaboration by GSCCPFWU and Gensan/Cotabato DCs, the whole team aspires for more success and achievements  in both operational excellence, industrial peace and community relations.

Year- End Assessment Meeting and Thanksgiving Party was successfuly held and celebrated with food, gift packs, fellowship and fun at Gensan Dc Pavilion on December 11, 2022. The event was graced by our very own LM Marlon Tuga and People Team represented by POL Askhamae Miyazoe and People Analyst Geraldine Ponio.
